See your dentist: It seems like it's time to see your dentist to see whether or not your wisdom tooth needs to be removed (as well as any other dental problems you may have that require treatment). Better to seek advice and treatment sooner rather than later before all of a sudden you have a true emergency such as severe pain and swelling.

You need an exam: Wisdom tooth pain in a 17 year old is not unusual. It could be normal eruption or pain associated with dental impaction(s). The black could be bruising or simple food discoloration. Get to a dentist for a thorough evaluation.
