Define good...: Lots of whitening products can work. Compared to a professional options, "over-the-counter" products are weaker and have fewer options (time required or how well it is customized to your teeth). I recommend you find a great dentist with a whitening for life program who will wait until your teeth are in optimum health (to prevent sensitivity), and then provide a complimentary solution.

Whitening strips: They do work-you need to use them frequently at first. Put some vitamin e oil (you can get it at the drugstore) and put it on your gums before you put on the strips. If your teeth are too sensitive try using them every other day or every 2nd day. You can brush with mi paste which has recalcedent and it can decrease sensitivity.
