Yes but...: The way it is made and served in most (but not all except high-end) Chinese restaurants in the U.S. is unhealthy - too much sugar, fat, and preservatives. However, if you eat it the traditional way like in China (not prepared the same at all), it is much healthier. However, fatty meat like pork is inherently unhealthy compared to poultry or fish.
