Highly unlikely: There have been a tiny number (0.03%) of people who were put on Chantix who developed glycosuria, or excessive sugar in urine. It is not clear whether it was the cause or not. Your doctor needs to test your urine to see if that is the case, and if you do have sugar in urine, to check your blood sugar.
