I was wondering is it possible to fix braces for a tooth which has undergone root canal treatment?

Yes: As long as there is a sufficient amount of bone supporting the tooth and the tooth is properly restored, usually with a crown, then braces can be used on the tooth.

Definitely, yes: Braces can be put on teeth with root canals and crowns. Teeth that have had root canals can be moved just fine with braces treatment.
