Get back to brushing: Get back to good brushing in the morning. One night of not brushing will not damage your teeth. Just get back into a good routine the next morning. You will be ok.

OK: Dr eleczko is absolutely right. Just don't make habit of it. Remember to brush 2x/day for t full minutes by the clock with a fluoridated toothpaste, and floss 1x/day every day.
