Listen carefully: The best thing you can do is follow your orthodontic specialist's instructions to the letter. The instructions are designed to get you out of braces quickly with the best possible result. If you choose to only pay lip service to the instructions, you will extend your time in braces and compromise the prognosis. Follow instructions for best results.
