Teeth brushing: Its always great to brush the teeth as your whole mouth feels refreshed afterward, however it is not always needed. Foods that contain sugars as long as they are not sticky or tenatious, can easily be removed by drinking a glass of water, and gently swishing it around in the mouth. Over brushing can actually be harmful to the gums over time. Hard to believe a healthy act such as brushing harm.
