i usually stock up with chobani for breakfast. i figure it is still having some sugar which is not good. any healthier options please?

Eggs have no sugar: Eggs have no sugar and are a healthy choice. Try to get cage free organic as these will be higher in omega 3 fats (healthy as opposed to omega 6 which are not healthy)
