What do you want: Do you want the best quality treatment or the lowest price? Ask your general dentist for guidance to the prosthodontist, periodontist, or oral surgeon that your dentist feels will provide you with the treatment that is best to resolve your individual problem. Remember that all dental care is an individualized service, not a commodity. In the long run, quality treatment is less expensive.

Get a good referral: You just can not shop for a service, implants are just a service, you price alone may not be the answer, you need to get a very good and reliable treatment. Talk to your dentist or call the dental school in your area. There are no easy answers to what you are asking. Good hunting.

Call 888.929.9298: or visit :http://www.aaid-implant.org/ The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) is is a leading professional association of dental implant dentists and a leading authority on implants. While many dentists place dental implants, there’s a difference between “dentists who place implants” and “dental implant experts.” Just remember, if the maintenance is good, implants can last a lifetime.

Faculty Practice: Call your local Dental School and ask for the Faculty Practice or AGED program. The cost might br air and reasonable by the Prosthodontic and Periodontic residents.

Value: While it is true that a dentist who charges high fees does not guarantee quality and a low and reasonable cost does not always reflect lower standards, in this world and in my opinion 95% of the time you get what you pay for. I have seen too many patients look for bargains only to have problems with implants over time & end up paying 2-3 times the cost in the end. See additional comment below ->
