Multiple: If your BP is normally in the 110 range and you suddenly have a rise to a higher range, you should seek care to rule out damage to your heart or kidneys. Of course, over time BP ranges can increase gradually and this also be a sign of hypertension beginning in your life. Consider your family's medical history and your own personal physical conditioning.
