Ur blood pressure: May drop when u go into a fib.Easy to check.Be sure to tell ur doc about this fatigue.

Fatigue: Fatigue and tiredness is a common symptom of of afib. During afib you loose the contra tilbury of your top chambers of herat and also you may develop fast heart rate causing less body perfusion. Consult with your cardiologist to treat the recurrence of afib. Make sure you are anti coagulated if you at high risk of thromboembolism.
