No strict regimen: Please, don't start a strict reigimen. Doesn't work, never will --unless you are on a desert island with lmited food supply. Instead, change your daily routine. Change your times of eating, eating sm meals frequently works for some patients; but does not work for others. Some weight challenged patients feel better with two mini meals and one main(reg) meal a day. Changing your lifestyle is key.
