Labs vs ultrasound: The lab result pattern suggests positive pregnancy and the rate of rise is reassuring. The ultrasound picture is a bit concerning, but could possibly be a technical/angle issue of the image take/done by the tech thus not seeing the yoke sack well. I would suggest following up with your doc for a repeat. I would be surprised if you haven't been told to get a repeat ultrasound soon. Good luck.
