Anxiety: We often have to learn how to manage our thoughts, our worries, and how our body reacts to these things that often are at the center of anxiety. Pills most often fail to fix anxiety. But, exercise, especially cardiovascular or yoga, is a very natural way to change our bodies and our thoughts; to burn off the stress in a healthy way. Modifying how we respond to worry is important.
