Yes: They're not pores but glands of montgomery. Normal, even men have them only very small.

My left breast enlarged a few months ago, then there were pores with hair on both breasts and now red dots appear on both of them as well. I don't feel any pain or itching. Is that a sign for IBC? Should I be concerned?
