Yes : Take prenatal vitamins. Eat healthy. Make sure you are caught up on your vaccinations. Have a pap smear done if you have not had one in the last 12-24 months. Find an ob/gyn and see her/him and let your doctor know you are planning on getting pregnant. Your doctor will guide you.
