That's possible: That is possible because the egg comes before the true period. That means a woman ovulates and then has her true period 2 weeks later if her egg is not fertilized. Thus, she can ovulate and get fertilized, be pregnant, deliver a baby, all without seeing her period. Of course, her period will hopefully return some months after delivering her baby.
