Wow: Do you smoke? Obviously if you don't smoke something else is going on. Unusual at age 20 but with your co morbidities especially diabetes i think you should be under the care of a cardiologist ; an endocrinologist and make sure they consult with each other. We never treat the blood or other diagnostic tests we treat the patient. Normal tests with continued complaints deserves more diagnosis.
