What causes low lipase?
Mid 20s, never drank. Once a month diarrea for a few years. Lsbs normal besides mildly low b12 and amylase (156) and lipase (152) being elevated. What could be causing this? No family history of pancreas issues. Are there non pancreas causes?
LIPASE levels at 10. Were at 16 last December. Low amylase levels as well. Had gallbladder stones for 10 years with recurring attacks. Had a cholecystectomy last year in March. Why are they so low? should I be concerned? Is there anything I can do?
