It depends: Voltaren (diclofenac) is a nsaid, similar to ibuprofen, available as a suppository outside of the us. It can be given every 4 hours as needed for pain or fever. If your child has a fever for more than 2-3 days, > 102 (38.9), or if he is getting worse, he should be seen by his doctor to make sure the fever is not a symptom of a more serious illness.
