Voltaren (diclofenac): you can continue for a long time but be aware that these medicines carry risks such as elevating blood pressure, causing fluid retention, potentially damaging kidney, are associated with a marked increase in upper gastrointestinal problems, potentially interfere with other drugs including antiplatelets used for reducing vascular risk etc;ibuprofen is in the same class and should not also be used
