Probably, but no data: Many retrospective studies have examined chemotherapy and risk of amenorrhea, very few (to my knowledge) have examined chemo and fecundability. To date, there are no prospective data addressing infertility after cancer treatments. Logically, and until quality prospective studies are available, amh and even fsh testing in a woman with menstrual cycles after chemo should be considered reliable.
