Bladder : In the setting of a bladder infection and a Foley catheter, perhaps the tissue you are seeing is a tiny portion of the inflamed bladder lining sloughing off into the catheter. If you have follow-up with the urologist soon you should discuss with him. Further bladder eval may be necessary with a cystoscopy.
