Is it possible to increase height by stretching spine after puberty? if yes how much can i gain?

Not really: Stretching your spine will not increase your height after puberty. Occasionally we see some additional height when significant spinal deformities are surgically corrected. After skeletal maturity, you reach your final height. There are some leg lengthening surgeries, but again they are reserved for pathological conditions.

No : Stretching the spine cannot make it grow. It may temporarily increase the disks between the bones, but as soon as you stand, you lose the effect. In general, people are a little taller fist thing when they get out of bed, due to increased fluid in the disks. They get thinner through the day, and we are slightly shorter when we go to bed at night.
