Yes.: Wellbutrin (bupropion) is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and also a Dopamine agonist. 5 htp is a serotonin precursor. You have to let the doctor who prescribed the wellbutrin (bupropion) be aware that you're taking teh 5 htp.
