Wellbutrin (bupropion): U can take it twice a day in the mmorning and the second dose before 4 pm. Since wellbutrin (bupropion) if taken late can interfere with sleep.

All in the a.m. : Unless you are having a "drop off" of effectiveness later in the day, you should take all three in the A.M. If you take an additional dose later in the day, it could keep you up at night. You are correct when you note that they are, in essence, "12 hour release pills". This is the so-called "xl" version of the drug. It is available in both brand and generic.
