Multiple things: Lp tests for infections and types of infections, bleeding in the brain that's not obvious by ct scan, pressure of the brain, cytology for certain cancer, and other diseases like rheumatologic problems through the types of proteins seen. Go to your internist as they can make decisions for referral. Also your meds and psychological well being can attribute to your symptoms.
