Doctors, do i eat anything before lumbar puncture? i wasn't instructed. im being tested for cjd. any preparations i should take for an accurate test?

No: Unless patients are getting sedation, there are no food/drink restrictions before a lumbar puncture. Usually only local anesthesia (via an injection) is needed.
