Diet: Is one way that helps. Also regular exercise as it boosts endorphins and hormones that help reduce stress. Homeopathy can help immensly. Find a trained homeopath that can take your case. Chinese medicine and acupuncture can help too as can a good counselor who can help you recognize patterns that are not helpful and correct them. Eliminate sodas, gluten and dairy and see if that helps too.
