No.: There is no evidence to suggest that adhd drugs "create" psychopaths, although psychpaths certainly may take stimulants and get worse because of that. At sustained, high doses, stimulants can cause pschosis that looks like paranoid schizophrenia. It does not produce permanent personality changes or induce personality disorders, which is what psychopathy is.

No: No evidence that stimulants prescribed as part of an educational plan, causes people to become psychopaths. People who get and use amphetamines illegetimately, who are self medicating, may be treating mental health problems that may lead to more complex psychiatric disorders. This is especially an issue if they mix amphetamines with other medications that are being abused.
