Best to see Heart Dr: Hard to say from just this, but pain in both arms could be from the heart in a 40 year old male. Get a good check up with an ECG and maybe a stress test.

Not sure.: Too difficult to tell from this, but he should see his regular doctor to consider problems with the muscles and skeleton back to the level of the neck. Heart problems do not cause discomfort that lasts this long or this intense in both upper extremities.
