Please tell us more: It is difficult to tell what he has without knowing where exactly the pain is; how it started or if trauma was involved. His type of work may provide clues as well. Is it his shoulders? Elbows (inside vs outside)? Wrists? Or joints of hands? If it is severe, i suggesting seeing his doc for eval. Good luck.
