Go back to doctor: I can't see your rash and a better exam is for it to be seen personally. In your area and some other areas there, there's a tick bite that can cause erythema migraines which is the highlight of lyme disease. The disease can present only like flu or viral syndrome or worse but presentation is varied. So go back to the md to be looked at.
