May be migraine: Migraine starting at your age is always alarming but you have apparently had the appropriate test. If you have not consulted a neurologist, you should seriously consider it . Perhaps a MRI of brain with contrast may be needed in your case. Have you been prescribed a triptan type of drug yet?
