Not too sure what to do make a hole into the nail to drain the blood?

Paperclip: Uncoil a paperclip, heat the tip with a match or disposable lighter, and carefully touch it to the nail. It will melt through the nailplate, creating a little hole that will drain the blood underneath. If you are hesitant about doing this, let your doctor do it.
