Not usually: Eating healthy fats like omega 3's would not increase your weight, unless you're eating huge quantities of them. Omega 3's are in cold-water fish like salmon and sardines. Plant sources come from ala (which the body must change into epa ; dha) include flaxseeds, flax oil, canola oil, soybeans, soybean oil, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil, purslane, perilla seed oil, walnuts, and walnut oil.
