Many many ways!: Lung cancer can cause, cough, sputum production, bleeding in lung, production of hormones, weight loss, invasion by tumor of almost any organ in the body, including brain, adrenals, liver, bones etc. And consequent alterations in the function of the affected organ.

Many ways: Homeostasis is maintaining normal weight loss, cough, bleeding, pain, fractures, problems of metastasis.

Paraneoplastic...: Some lung cancers are associated with paraneoplastic syndrome. This means that the tumor can release hormones or cytokines. These can affect homeostasis.
