Tingling and "ticking" sensation that use to come and go but since last night it has been constant in stomach and back and hasn't stop. what is this?

Maybe also have stomach upset due to nsaid's, ulcer, sluggish emptying, outlet narrowing? Paresthesia, etc. Can also cause symptoms ; have little to do with gi.
