Yes: Yes you can wear the splint , but you have to see your physician to find the cause your symptoms, if no injury, most likely you may have carpal tunnel syndrome.

Determine cause: While many of your friends may be quick to diagnose this as carpal tunnel, you should seek evaluation to determine if this needs testing prior to splinting.
