Hypertension: You've developed hypertension. You're in the age group that tends to develop it. You have atherosclerosis (the heart attack) you likely have microvascular disease in your kidney as well. Truthfully, the cause is irrelevant since it's never curable. You simply treat it to prevent complications (stroke, heart failure, another heart attack, kidney failure). Just treat it!
