Normal: Your description sounds like normal perception of reflected oblique light but i would see an eye doctor just to be sure.

Hello, I have been doubting my vision lately. It seems as if something is covering my eyes. When I say this I mean like I see hazes around light bulbs that seem to be moving. As if I have a very small oil dot on my eye moving and covering me.
