PPH works well.: Procedure for prolapsed hemorrhoids or pph is a great procedure. I have been performing it for 8 years with excellent results, high patient satisfaction and very low recurrence rate. The key to the procedure is the location and accuracy of the purse string suture and the experience of the doctor performing it. In experienced hands, it works well.
