Wrist Pain: There is not enough information to give you a clear answer. If you have had a recent fall, there are many small bones in the wrist that can be injured, and some of them have tenuous blood supply when injured. If you have had a recent injury i recommend an evaluation including x-rays. If you are over age 50 there is a good chance this could be early arthritis. There are also other possibilities.
