Deconditioned.: There is a theory that what you built from working out in one 7 days, you lose in one day of immobility. You are just deconditioned that you would need to build slowly and don't force things too fast. Your heart will slowly take it too. Decreased muscle tones decrease blood return when upright that the heart has to accommodate. Just take it slow.

Rehab: Begin a program of rehab. It wiil be several months before you fully recover. Eat a diet that is high inprotein to allow muscles to rebuild.
