Fibromyalgia? : Late teenager w. myalgias, tachycardia upon standing, nauseousness, "breathlessness, chest pain & anxiety" needs a thorough medical evaluation to rule out systemic disorders. Myalgias point to fibromyalgia; consideration if there are no specific findings. Then see Rheumatologist & read my writings at Quora.com about fibromyalgia. Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, P.O.T.S., is a concern.
