See your dentist: Your dentist can provide you with some options. A thorough examination of your entire mouth prior to planning for tooth replacement is best. A more comprehensive approach will help to eliminate errors in planning. If you do not have a dentist i would look online for area dentists with nice reviews.

Additionally: If tooth has been missing for more than 6 months you will have lost bone in the extraction site. Periodontist or oral surgeon may need to do ridge augmentation. If teeth drifting and tipping, orthodontist may need to realign them before implant placement. Don't delay. Call your dentist asap for a comprehensive evaluation.

Consultation : You need to have a consultation with a dentist or oral surgeon for an examination to determine if you are a good candidate and have enough bone for the implant if all is good , usually takes one visit to place the implant and a couple more to restore it with a post and a crown

See a dentist,: oral surgeon or periodontist who is trained to perform this procedure. If you are missing a single tooth, one implant and a crown can replace it and last for a life time.
