Not a problem: Your teeth may be tiny, but after they are in the right position, then veneers or crowns can be placed to make them appear normal sized. You might also need some periodontal treatment to expose the teeth to make them appear bigger. Talk to your dentist and orthodontist about your concerns.

Master plan!: Make sure everyone--you, your orthodontist, and your dentist--are on the same page. All of you should know ; agree on the master plan. This is like building a house with a blueprint. You need a restorative plan, which reflects if you want to get larger teeth (bonding, veneers, crowns, etc.) in the end, and if so, how large, etc. Only then the orthodontist can set teeth in the desired positions.
