Grinding: Stress is generally the culprit and stress is the american disease so i would see my dentist and get a nightguard as well as using some relaxation techniques like meditation or exercise to quiet your mind and lower your blood pressure. This combination should help.

See dentist: A mouthpiece may help you with grinding or may even cause you to grind more. The type of mouthpiece can often determine if it will improve your problems, but the mouthpiece alone may not be the answer. Do you wear the mouthpiece during the day and night. Grinding is what occurs at night, clenching occurs during the day.
