They will go away on: their own after 1-2 days in most cases, and will not come back if you STOP drinking. Drinking to the point where you are getting tremors afterwards means you are physically dependent on alcohol, and are either on the road to, or have arrived at, a full-blown alcohol problem. Tranquillizers like Librium and valium will stop tremors and prevent seizures, and can be given by a doctor. Get help now.
